Payment Failure
Oops - something went wrong there!
There seems to have been an issue with your payment.
There is probably a simple reason your payment declined - we see this sometimes when people make overseas transactions on their cards. It’s usually because even though you have plenty of funds available, some banks are nervous about charges from outside of your home country. The best thing to do is to contact your card issuer and just let them know you would like to make a payment with us. They should then be able to open a security window for us to put the transaction through.
Another reason this may have happened is that we only take Visa and Mastercard (not Amex or Discovery card) so if you haven’t used one of these, you can pop your details in again now.

PS: We’re usually off hiking or cycling at the weekends, so if it’s a weekend it might take us a day or two to reply. Otherwise we’re pretty quick :-).

New Zealand has long been a “bucket list” destination for me, and this trip exceeded even my high expectations. Even at the end of two weeks on the road, I was sorry that it was over! Our guides Courtney and Will were terrific, very helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and fun. They did so much work behind the scenes to make everything seem easy, and they did a great job of melding our group into a cohesive, friendly unit in just a few days. I‘ve been raving about this trip since returning and wish I could go back!

It was the perfect of perfect and I have no idea how to make it any better! The guides and natural beauty made the trip for me. Both Tom and Beth were brilliant about the places we visited and life in general, and were more than happy to engage in any kind of conversation or activity. Beth and Tom both share a great commitment to the environment that came through clearly in their comments.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience of the whole of the South Island in the time period allotted. The trip was well thought out, organized and efficient with such great guides and food. Loved the off the beaten path accommodation and views as well!

We had a fabulous experience. Kyle and Jasmine’s enthusiasm, stories, riddles, laughter, willingness to play games, and to interact with us made the long drives much more enjoyable. The activities were challenging for us (64 years old and 62 years old), but never too much. We loved the Lochmara Lodge!

I felt very safe and cared for, learned so much about New Zealand topography and culture, enjoyed the camaraderie of the group and guides, loved the hiking and other activities, ate like a queen, and will always remember the beauty of your country and the kindness of your guides.
